Wonderful Andy, I was reading the chat and someone asked a question about the heisman expenses. I have searched for the last hour trying to find out who pays for those expenses. Could you give me a better answer? Does the heisman association give the candidates certain things?

ReplyDeleteI'd assume it's the school. And I would guess the NCAA allows it because it's football-related. It's like traveling for a road game.
