We'll call this the Pat Dye video of the week, since head coach Gene Chizik and running backs coach Curtis Luper both spoke highly of the former Auburn coaching legend, who addressed the team before Tuesday's practice.
The video also features specials teams coach Jay Boulware, right tackle Andrew McCain and quarterback Kodi Burns.
Enjoy.

Chiziks' jacket looks old school. I like it.
Hey Bitter, what would happen if you addressed Gene as "The Chiz"??
I'm not sure he'd like it. Gene doesn't really joke around with the media too much.
And for as snazzy as he dresses off the field, when he's on the sideline, he's very straight-laced and old school with his wardrobe. Nothing fancy or gaudy. It's quite a dichotomy.
AB what is the feeling you get about the staffs true assessment of the team? Do they believe they have the talent to be good this season?
I think they realize they are going to need major talent upgrades at certain positions (quarterback, wide receiver, linebacker, offensive line to name few) to compete over the long haul.
Short term, the talent is what it is -- it's down. Not in a bottom-of-the-SEC-barrel sense, but relative to the big dogs of the conference, it is down. And I don't think any talent evaluator would think otherwise.
Of course, the coaches would never say that publicly.
I'd say the talent level at WR and OL are near the bottom of the SEC for us. I wouldn't quite write off Burns as a QB yet, he's been placed into some situations where it was nearly impossible to succeed.
I foresee some true freshmen coming in this fall and playing a lot - and possibly making a significant impact.
Dressing snazzy is all well and good, but has little or no bearing on how good a coach you are. He could wear a giant banana suit for all I care, as long as he wins games. Although, a giant banana suit would probably be distracting. Plus I think Aubie has the market on costumes at football games.
