Is the Tiger Prowl and Big Cat Weekend finally paying dividends? Possibly. Auburn got a commitment from Springdale, Ala., wide receiver Jeremy Richardson on Friday, according to the fine folks at AuburnSports.com.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Richardson chose Auburn over offers from a host of schools, most notably Alabama, LSU and Tennessee. He caught 61 passes for 1,228 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior last year at Springdale.
Rivals.com has him rated as a four-star recruit. He's the 26th-ranked receiver nationally and the top-ranked receiver in Alabama.
Richardson is Auburn's fifth commitment for 2010.

Great pick-up!! Now the "sky is falling" fans can stress over him keeping his commitment instead of our recruiting efforts NOT leading to commits. It is obvious that our coachs have this recruiting class under control. WDE
