Reports: Taylor to join Auburn

A couple reports are out there that Trooper Taylor will leave his post as Oklahoma State's co-offensive coordinator and join Gene Chizik's staff at Auburn.

AuburnSports.com is one outlet. The Oklahoman is another, reporting that Taylor will be the Tigers' wide receivers coach.

The Auburn University jet is scheduled to land in Auburn from Stillwater, Okla., at 1:18 this afternoon. We'll be there to see if Taylor is aboard.

BTW, best line of the day comes from one of the Tulsa World's reader comments: "Will Auburn change it's name to Eastern Oklahoma State University?"

The Tigers certainly have raided the eastern half of the Sooner state, grabbing Gus Malzahn from Tulsa and Curtis Luper and now Taylor from Oklahoma State.
