Halftime: Auburn trails Florida at SEC tourney 40-31

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Auburn has plenty of work to do if it wants to extend the season.

The Tigers trail Florida 40-31 at halftime of their first round SEC tournament game at Bridgestone Arena, in what could be coach Jeff Lebo's final game at Auburn.

Chandler Parsons has 13 points and Alex Tyus 12 for the Gators (20-11), who are looking to solidify their NCAA tournament standing.

Frankie Sulllivan leads Auburn (15-16) with 12 points, but the Tigers have struggled with their shots. Auburn is 2-for-14 from 3-points range.

Tay Waller, who entered the day with five straight performances of 20 points or better, was held scoreless in the first half, missing all four of his shots.
