The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Frost, a five-star athlete from Butler High in Matthews, N.C., originally committed to Auburn during the U.S. Army All-American game earlier this month, although there were questions about whether the Tigers would accept his commitment.
Ten days later, they finally did, according to AuburnSports.com, AuburnUndercover.com and Inside the Auburn Tigers.
Rivals, which adjusted its ratings today, ranks Frost as the No. 4 athlete in the country and the No. 20 player overall. He played linebacker and receiver in high school.
Frost originally committed to Michigan but switched after the Wolverines fired Rich Rodriguez.
He is Auburn's 18th commitment for 2011. National Signing Day is Feb. 2.

I'm not sure where you're getting your ratings, but Rivals has Jaylon Denson as a four star, Sammie Coates as a three star, and Keymiya Harrell as a three star.
I copied and pasted them from an old post. I think Rivals might have updated them since. I'll correct it.
Was wondering if you could get us a list of the prospects coming in town this weekend.
Thanks, Jason
Here are some coming, according to Rivals (I'm sure it's not a comprehensive list, though).

Andy, off topic, but I heard Neil Caudle accepted the offer to be Malzahn's Grad Assistant? If so, what a great opportunity!
So how many guys can we sign? We lost three juniors and a couple of guys enrolled early. This is like a really complicated math problem: "If team A left the station in 2010 with 85 players..." Do you know of any JUCO guys we're looking at?
Don't believe there are any JUCOs the Tigers are looking at.
If I'm correct, Auburn can sign 28 and admit the full 25. I don't think that puts it over the 85-scholarship limit.
Those guys that enrolled early don't count back to a previous class. Last year's class was already maxed out, so they count on 2011.
Except Shon Coleman's petition to move to 2012. So we might have one slot to count back.
Scout still only shows 2 visitors for this weekend. I'm sure there will be a lot more.
Rivals "visit" list is pay per view, so cheap people like me can't see it.
correction; Scout has added Frost to the list of visitors for this weekend, so now up to a whopping 3
I think the Rivals one is public.
Why would it even be a question as to whether Auburn would accept a commit from a five star athlete? That seems like a no brainer to me.
To the guy that stated what Rivals said: There are recruiting analysts and rankings other than those produced by Rivals1111
As to why we might pass on a five-star, the coaches have said time and again that it has to be the right fit for Auburn, so if a guy has academic or character issues, they'll look elsewhere. I hope that's not the case with Frost, that after he committed to Mich or State, whichever, they moved on. Andy, do you know if all the guys we're signing/pursuing as RBs are expected to play RB?
I'm not sure who is slated to play what position. I'm sure there are some the coaches tell them all sorts of things at this point in the recruiting process. What that means once they get here isn't clear.
I had heard that we decided not to hold a scholarship offer open for him because we didn't think he was serious about committing to Auburn and that he was apt to change his mind. I think we were trying to make sure he was serious about coming to Auburn before actually giving one of the slots to him. Or something like that anyways. But yeah, they are real big on only recruiting "Auburn Men" whatever that means exactly.
Has there been any indication what position we would be wanting Frost to play? Safety, LB, WR??
Frost will likely play outside linebacker at Auburn.
If (big if) the NCAA approves Shon Coleman to count toward the 2012 class, then he would count "forward", not back. I've never heard of anyone being permitted to do something like count a player forward before, but maybe they'll look on this as a unique situation.
One can always hope.
I expect they will put 10-15 pounds on Frost the first 12 months in Auburn...I think Karlos Dansby project when I see Kris Frost.

Your link earlier just took me to a page where I can subscribe. When I click on the VISIT link on the Rivals web site, it takes me to a page where I can subscribe. That doesn't sound very public, at least not cheap public. I can wait until the weekend is over to find out.
