Hey, all. Two quick notes this afternoon:
- Place-kicker Wes Byrum has been named one of 20 semifinalists for the Lou Groza Award, given annually to the nation's top kicker. Byrum, junior, has made 13 of 14 field goals this year and all 43 of his extra points. Of kickers who have attempted at least 10 field goals, his .929 percentage is tied for fifth nationally. He's second in the SEC in scoring and his 82 points are 12 shy of Auburn's single-season record for points by a kicker. The winner of the award will be announced Dec. 10.
