Texas A&M got 22 points from Danielle Adams and shot 53 percent in a 79-59 rout of the Auburn women's basketball team Sunday at Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum.
The Tigers (2-2) shot 38 percent from the field. Alli Smalley led the way with 18 points on 6-of-17 shooting. Nobody else reached double figures, although KeKe Carrier finished with nine points and eight rebounds.
The No. 15 Aggies (3-0) got 14 points from Tanisha Smith and 13 from Adaora Elonu. They also finished with 15 steals.
Auburn is back in action Tuesday at home against Georgia Southern. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. ET.
