It hasn’t worked out that way.
“You have to look at it,” Auburn coach Jeff Lebo said. “Tay Waller has missed a ton of time at practice. Kenny Gabriel has missed a ton of practice. Tony Neysmith has missed a ton of practice with injuries.
“So them getting back and feeling comfortable with what they’re doing — getting in game shape, getting comfortable out there — that’s something that’s going to take some time.”
