Auburn men's hoops falls at Florida State 76-72

Auburn shot 36 percent in a 76-72 loss to Florida State in Tallahassee, Fla., on Thursday night.

The Tigers (5-5) were just 26-for-72 from the floor, their worst shooting effort since the season opener against Niagara. They went 13 of 39 from 3-point range.

Four starters accounted for all but 10 of Auburn's points. DeWayne Reed and Frankie Sullivan both had 17. Tay Waller added 15 and Lucas Hargrove 13.

Solomon Alabi finished with 22 points and 9 rebounds for the Seminoles (9-2). Michael Snaer and Deividas Dulkys added 14 apiece.

Auburn plays again Sunday against Sam Houston State at Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum. Tip-off is 2 p.m. ET.
