Junior college cornerback Taikwon Paige was not approved by the NCAA Clearinghouse, according to AuburnSports.com.
The Aiken, S.C., native, who spent the last two years at Georgia Military College, came up one class short.
He is the sixth player of the Tigers' 28-man signing class not to join the team for academic reasons. A seventh, Brandon Jacobs, went the baseball route, agreeing to terms with the Boston Red Sox last week.

Oh well, Montez to CB anybody?
Sorry, but if you've been in Juco for two years and you STILL come up a class short...you don't belong in a university setting. Hate to hear it but the young man needs to focus on moving on with his life at this point other than trying to play college football.
