Offensive tackle Roszell Gayden, whose Auburn career was derailed by injuries before it ever started, has left the football program, an athletic department spokesman confirmed this afternoon.Originally from New Hope, Minn., the 6-foot-6, 315-pound Gayden signed with Auburn in December after playing last season at College of Sequoias in California.
Despite enrolling in the winter, the highly-touted tackle never got his footing with the Tigers. He was limited by a knee injury in the spring and didn't recover enough to make his move during two-a-days. He had a shoulder problem in the fall, requiring his arm to be in a sling.
Gayden was an afterthought when A.J. Greene won the starting right tackle job at the end of August. Once Greene broke his ankle against Clemson, another junior college transfer, Brandon Mosley, slid into the starting spot.
Gayden plans to finish the semester and transfer, according to AuburnUndercover.com, which reported the news of the junior's departure first.

Sorry to hear this but understand that sometimes things just don't work the way one expects. Hope he lands in a good place and is able to shake off the injuries.
Would loved for him to take a medical this year and he would have started next year without a doubt.
