Other thoughts:
- UT Martin is really going after CB Jerraud Powers, whose hamstring can't be 100 percent. Powers is giving all sorts of room and receiver Mike Hicks keeps catching short 6-yard passes with Powers on his heels. Hicks made a nice touchdown grab, tipping an overthrown ball into the air, settling under it and hauling it in in the end zone.
- Hicks, by the way, has 12 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns.
- Jordan-Hare had all the excitement of a morgue after Hicks' touchdown, which tied the game at 20-20. The student section is long gone. I can't really blame them with this being homecoming and Auburn playing poorly. I probably would have cut out early too.
- Auburn's best offense is Kodi Burns on the quarterback draw. It's almost like a high school offense. Give the ball to your best offensive player and let him run. There are certainly a lot fewer variables in doing that. It's tough to make a bad read or run the wrong route on a QB draw.
- Burns has nine carries for 91 yards and a touchdown.

Win or lose, I think we can stick a fork in Tommy T. and the rest of the coaches. They are about done...
.....Man, I've NEVER left an Auburn game early. Not even during the Barfield Era. Not when I was in the band, not the year with the broken foot and bacardi bottles in the student section, and CERTAINLY NOT, when I've driven down and actually have tickets!
.....Besides, that year in the student section, I could hardly walk by the end of the game, anyway.
.....Tommy T's not done. The deck he's playing with has very few face cards left, but next year, we could be loaded, if we coach 'em up right.
.....War Eagle! We won!
